RETURN AND EXCHANGE

FashionToolbox.com provides support and *trial software for qualified customer inquiries prior to as well as during the purchase to insure that the customer is fully informed and satisfied with their selection before they complete their transaction. Due to the nature of 'Digital' commerce and downloadable products we understandably have a no refund policy, since our design software program, texture mapping program, Excel templates, clipart images, once downloaded, cannot really be “returned”.

SOFTWARE UPGRADE

All upgrade purchases must be accompanied by a current and valid serial number for the order to be processed.
